The Real Estate Empowerment Programme created more than 2,100 jobs for Emiratis in Dubai property between 2023 and 2026 — about fifty a month. The release gives no baseline to measure them against.

Brent is 44% above last September
Brent traded at $96.90 on 4 September, down 2.5% on the day but up 11% on the month and 44% on the year. The pump price rise of 1 September was the Dubai end of it.

296 sales above $10m in half a year
Knight Frank's half-year count puts $5.1bn of $10m-plus Dubai deals on the record for H1 2026 — up 16% in number and 14% in value on last year.

186 new developers entered Dubai this year
Between January and mid-August 2026 the Dubai Land Department registered 186 new real estate development companies — about 25 a month. 180 of them were licensed by one authority.
Dubai property sales reach Dh286b in H1
Dubai recorded Dh286.43 billion of property sales across 79,229 transactions in the first half of 2026 — an average of 433 sales and about Dh1.57 billion changing hands every day.
